Philippines, October 17 2025 — Versatech International, a leading B2B provider of Pro AV/IT and Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions in the Philippines, in partnership with Khan Academy Philippines, officially launched its first-ever Adopt-A-School initiative at Pio del Pilar Elementary School in Manila through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and inaugural device turnover.
As part of Versatech International’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, the company has issued their very first donation under Khan Academy Philippines’ Adopt-A-School program to provide Samsung Galaxy tablets with digital learning tools to Pio del Pilar Elementary School to empower the learning experiences of their students and educators alike.
Partnership Initiative and Ceremony
The ceremonial turnover at the Pio del Pilar Elementary school began with opening remarks from Khan Academy Philippines’ COO, Atty. Myrish Cadapan-Antonio, and the Department of Education (DepEd) representatives for NCR, Central Office, and SDS Nerissa R. Lomeda of SDO Manila. This was followed by a formal contract signing and message from Versatech International to certify their donation and reaffirm the three-party commitment to support long-term digital learning across the Philippines. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony transpired, guests and faculty members explored the school’s newly equipped ICT Lab, where the donated devices will be used to facilitate engaging technology-driven education.
