Demo/Service Unit Request Form

A. DEMO GUIDELINES

1. Demo unit transactions are strictly between Versatech International Inc. and the registered borrower. Third-party borrowings or transfers are not permitted.
2. Demo units must not be withdrawn by any entity other than the approved borrower.
3. Demo requests will be processed until 3:30 PM daily. Requests submitted after this time will be accommodated on the next business day.

B. LOAN PERIOD & RETURNS

1. The standard loan period is seven (7) calendar days, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. A late fee of 5% per day, based on the demo price, will be charged for overdue returns.
3. Unreturned demo units will be invoiced at the full demo unit price.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all included accessories and documentation.

C. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Delivery Options: Borrowers may either:
Pick up the item directly from the Versatech International Inc. warehouse, or opt for scheduled delivery based on location, as outlined below:
o NCR: Delivery within three (3) working days.
o Cebu: Delivery schedule will be advised based on the next available shipment
o Other Regions: Shipping cost will be charged to the borrower
2. Return Shipping: The borrower is responsible for coordinating and covering the cost of return shipping.
3. Risk of Return Transit: The borrower assumes full responsibility and risk for the demo unit during return transit.

D. UNIT CARE

1. The borrower is responsible for maintaining the demo unit in good working and physical condition throughout the loan period.
2. Disassembly, modification, or the installation of unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
3. All original accessories—including the box, Styrofoam, cables, and manuals—must be returned in good condition. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

E. LIABILITY

1. The borrower assumes full responsibility for the demo unit from the time of receipt until it is safely returned and acknowledged by Versatech International Inc.
2. In cases where the unit is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the borrower will be charged the full demo unit price.

F. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1. Virtual Demonstrations: Offered free of charge, subject to the availability of a Versatech sales engineer.
2. On-Site Demonstrations: If on-site engineering support is required, the reseller shall be responsible for all associated travel expenses, including but not limited to transportation, toll fees, fuel, and parking.
