Versatech and Logitech Bring Design Mastery to Partners Through Three-Day Event Series

Versatech International, together with Logitech, brought Logitech Design Mastery to its reseller partners through a three-day learning experience designed to strengthen both solution knowledge and technical capabilities for modern workplace collaboration. Conducted in partnership with different reseller organizations, the series combined solution showcases, hands-on technical sessions, knowledge assessments, and certification to give participants a more comprehensive understanding of Logitech’s collaboration ecosystem, from personal workspaces and meeting rooms to device deployment and management.

Day 1: Exploring the Logitech Collaboration Ecosystem

The first day of Logitech Design Mastery was conducted in partnership with Microdata Systems and Management, Inc. and Trends & Technologies, Inc., bringing together their teams for an immersive introduction to Logitech solutions for today’s evolving workplace.

Participants moved through dedicated solution stations showcasing different collaboration environments. The Personal Workspace Station featured Core Setup with Brio 305 webcam, Zone 305 headset, MK370 mice & keyboard combo and Advanced Setup with MX Brio 705 webcam, Zone Wireless 2 ES headset, MX Keys & MX Master 3S Combo

Logitech mice, keyboards, and headsets, while the Meeting Room Station demonstrated solutions including Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Sight, and Logitech Tap with Cat5e.

The showcase also featured Logi View, highlighting room scheduling and booking together with Logitech RoomMate, as well as the Logitech Rally Board 65, giving participants a broader look at how Logitech technologies can come together across personal and shared workspaces.

Through the station-based experience, participants were able to go beyond individual products and see how the right combination of technologies can help create more connected, intuitive, and effective collaboration environments.

Day 2: From Solution Knowledge to Hands-On Technical Enablement

Building on the solution experience from Day 1, the second day shifted the focus toward hands-on technical learning, allowing participants to work more closely with the technologies behind Logitech meeting room deployments.

The session covered device provisioning through Logitech Sync and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) setup, providing participants with practical experience in configuring and managing Logitech collaboration solutions.

To reinforce the lessons from the sessions, participants also completed a knowledge assessment, putting their newly developed technical understanding to the test. The top three performers were recognized with special prizes, adding a friendly competitive element to the learning experience.

Participants who successfully completed the two-day learning program also qualified to receive a Certificate of Completion from Logitech, recognizing their participation and achievement throughout the Design Mastery sessions.

Day 3: Advancing Expertise and Connecting with Logitech Regionally

The third and final day of Logitech Design Mastery continued the technical learning experience from Day 2, giving participants another opportunity to deepen their understanding of Logitech collaboration technologies and their application in real-world environments.

Adding a regional perspective to the final session, Roy Lim, IT Manager at Logitech Singapore, joined participants virtually to discuss Logitech Sync. The virtual session gave attendees an opportunity to hear directly from Logitech’s regional team and gain additional insights into 1) Remote UI Access – demonstrating how he easily configures and troubleshoots the Rally Bar in Beijing, China from Singapore.

2) Insights – Room Occupancy & Health Analytics – utilization of rooms and desks within a floor, building, country, or entire region! Room Health factors that contribute to employee’s productivity – CO2, air purity, HVAC status, temperature, humidity, etc. 3) Product Hub – CollabOS devices, installation guides, wiring diagrams, and Instant Answers – AI responses.

Day 3 will conclude with the awarding of Logitech Certificates of Completion, recognizing participants who successfully completed the program and marking the culmination of the three-day Design Mastery experience.
