PRESS RELEASE

Philippines, February 2, 2026 — Versatech International Inc. reaffirmed its commitment to empowering inclusive education for children by supporting ChildHope Philippines in Manila through a special donation of several smart tablets at the Museo Pambata, held in partnership with Khan Academy.

This initiative focuses on educational equity by equipping vulnerable children with essential digital devices pre-loaded with Khan Academy’s self-paced learning applications. As a part of the program, Versatech International donated several smart tablets and a high-definition LED TV at the Museo Pambata.

Bridging the Gap with the ‘Classroom of the Future’

Through the blend of technology with experiential learning, today’s digital tools can foster better engagement with learners and inclusivity within a museum space. Additionally, ChildHope learners can use the interactive content from smart tablets to strengthen their skills in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.

Serving A Dual Purpose: In addition to direct learner support, the donated devices will be integrated into Museo Pambata’s exhibits to help showcase a ‘classroom of the future’.

Direct Learner Support: ChildHope learners will utilize the tablets to access Khan Academy’s interactive content, strengthening foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking through a personalized learning approach.

The ‘Classroom of the Future’: The LED TV and tablets will be integrated into Museo Pambata’s exhibits, showcasing a futuristic learning environment. This exhibit aims to inspire educators and families by demonstrating how technology can foster curiosity and inclusivity within a museum space.

A Shared Commitment

United by a shared commitment, the turnover ceremony included the formal signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by Wilma Huang of Museo Pambata, Geraldine Acuna-Sunshine of Khan Academy Philippines, and Cathy Chua, Executive VP and GM of Versatech International. These three organizations aim to expand educational equity and provide meaningful digital learning opportunities for students across the Philippines.

Stephen Yu, President of Versatech International expressed, “We at Versatech, believe in creating meaningful learning opportunities where education is not limited by any circumstance. This initiative to empowering the ‘Classroom of the Future’ at the Museo Pambata reflects on our belief that technology, when used with purpose, can foster the collaboration you need to make a difference in communities. Through our device donation powered by the learning tools of Khan Academy Philippines, we hope to give every student the confidence and chance to access interactive, self-paced educational content that strengthens essential skills in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.”
