From Discovery to Mastery: Logitech and Versatech Deepen Partner Expertise Through Design Mastery Bootcamp

After bringing Logitech’s collaboration ecosystem to customers through its first day of Design Mastery, Versatech International and Logitech shifted the focus toward the people working behind the scenes to bring those solutions to market.

The next two days of the Logitech Design Mastery Bootcamp brought together selected reseller partners with their presales and technical representatives for an intensive learning experience focused on deeper product knowledge, hands-on testing, deployment, and technical enablement.

The Bootcamp was led by JC Totto, Technical Presales Engineer of Logitech Philippines, and Mai Sornsuwan, Logitech Technical Presales Engineer supporting Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Together, they guided participants through technical sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities designed to take partners deeper into the capabilities of Logitech’s collaboration ecosystem.

Getting Closer to the Technology

Unlike a traditional product introduction, the Bootcamp started with participants who already had a working knowledge of Logitech solutions from recommending them to their respective customers.

That familiarity gave the sessions a different energy. As JC and Mai moved through the demonstrations, participants were quick to test features, ask detailed questions, and explore how different capabilities could address requirements they had encountered in the field.

The hands-on format encouraged them to go beyond simply knowing what a product does. They began testing their own ideas, looking at different use cases, and considering where else the technology could be applied within their customers’ environments.

For some, the experience also offered a fresh perspective on just how far Logitech has evolved. New capabilities and improvements across the portfolio gave participants an opportunity to reassess solutions they may already have encountered in the past.

Moving Into the Technical Details

Day 2 shifted the program firmly into technical enablement, taking participants deeper into the mechanics behind Logitech deployments.

Hands-on sessions covered device provisioning through Logitech Sync and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) setup, giving partners an opportunity to work through the practical considerations involved in configuring and deploying collaboration solutions.

Instead of stopping at product functionality, the sessions explored what happens behind the scenes—from setup and provisioning to device management and troubleshooting.

The technical focus gave participants a stronger understanding of what is required to move from recommending a solution to supporting its deployment.

Turning Knowledge Into Practice

The learning continued through practical exercises that challenged participants to apply what they had covered.

Attendees worked through scenarios, tested configurations, and explored how different Logitech technologies could be used together.

The hands-on format also created room for discussion among the partners themselves, with real deployment considerations and technical questions coming into the conversation as they worked through the exercises.

Putting Knowledge to the Test

To reinforce the technical sessions, participants completed a knowledge check covering the topics discussed during the program.

The assessment added a friendly competitive element, with the top three performers recognized with special prizes.

Beyond the competition, it gave participants a chance to measure how well they could apply the concepts covered during the Bootcamp.

Partners who successfully completed the two-day learning program also qualified to receive a Certificate of Completion from Logitech, recognizing their participation and achievement.

Bringing the Regional Perspective to the Room

Day 3 added a regional perspective through a virtual session featuring Roy Lim, IT Manager at Logitech Singapore.

Joining the participants through the Logitech Rally Board 65, Roy took them deeper into Logitech Sync and its capabilities for remote device management, workplace visibility, and ongoing support.

One of the highlights was Remote UI Access, demonstrating how IT teams can remotely configure and troubleshoot a Rally Bar—even when the device is physically located in another country.

Roy also explored Insights, including room occupancy and health analytics, showing how organizations can monitor the utilization of rooms and desks across a floor, building, country, or wider region.

The discussion extended to Room Health, including CO2, air purity, HVAC status, temperature, and humidity, illustrating how workplace data can provide a broader picture of the environments employees use every day.

More Than Device Management

The session also introduced Product Hub, giving partners access to CollabOS device resources such as installation guides and wiring diagrams.

Another feature highlighted was Instant Answers, providing AI-powered responses that can help partners and IT teams find relevant product and technical information more efficiently.

Together, these tools showed how Logitech’s ecosystem extends beyond the hardware itself, supporting partners and customers throughout deployment, management, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations.

Strengthening the People Behind the Solutions

The Design Mastery Bootcamp reflects Versatech and Logitech’s continued investment in the capabilities of their reseller partners.

By bringing together selected presales and technical representatives, the program created an environment where partners could deepen their technical skills, test solutions in practical scenarios, and learn directly from Logitech’s technical and regional teams.

The result was a learning experience that moved naturally from discovery to hands-on exploration and, ultimately, greater mastery—giving partners a stronger foundation for the conversations, deployments, and customer requirements they will encounter in the field.
